Above: doors in Umbria – Perugia, San Casciano dei Bagni (OK, maybe that is crossing a line into Tuscany), and Trevi. Below: doors in Puglia – the heel of Italy’s boot; Lecce and Gallipoli.
These are the last of my sketches done for the watercolor sketchbook class, which is officially over as of this week. Glad I did it, but looking forward to getting back to other work in the studio.
so fresh and lovely Jessyca! Have fun back in the studio…………
Thanks Amy – fresh is definitely what I was aiming for.
Hi Jessyca,
I love your Italian doors! Your watercolors are so cheerful :)Lori
Hey Lori: Thanks! I definitely needed some cheerful color in these grey days, while I was waiting for the crocuses to bloom.
Gorgeous!I see a lucrative calendar in your future.
Now there’s an interesting idea I hadn’t thought of. Thanks, Suzanne!
cheerful is a good word-love the colors
Thanks Dan!
It might still be cold at Twin Brooks early in the morning, but at least there has been some cheerful sun shining this week … right?!
