Great Cranberry Island

While I was in residence at the Heliker-LaHotan Foundation last month, I filled up a mess of handmade sketchbooks with pen and watercolor drawings. Below are examples of several pages. Being on Great Cranberry Island for the better part of September was an experience like none I have had in recent years. It was a magical month for which I am supremely grateful.

I think would also have voted for the view between pale tree trunks, with a purple sky, had it been a choice. All together, what a lovely record of your time there.
