A couple of new collages

Some work that is definitely influenced by both time spent in and materials brought home from Italy. Moments in time; Intersections; Crossroads.

These are lovely and lively, Jessyca! So fresh and pleasing when it’s such a dull, gray palette outdoors this time of year…

Yes! Fresh and pleasing with an open window visible and an open window feeling throughout. And I see sweeping arcs a door might make – I know I should not be forcing your work into literal elements but I do get the feeling that you are inviting something or someone in. Refreshing and open-hearted – that’s how I see it. Lovely.

Thank you Janet. I love that you see literal elements in the work, and that you it reads as inviting in your eyes. You know I have always appreciated the way you are able to describe how you see the world.
