Jessyca M Broekman is a mixed media artist. Born and raised in New York, she has been living and working in Maine, with brief interruptions in Boston, Oregon and Italy, for the better part of the last 40 years. Her work combines and straddles a range of disciplines including artist's books, printmaking, collage and painting. Though the majority of her work can be considered abstract, or non-objective, its roots can be found in a deep connection to her environment.
